Bronze account and add another form with paypal cost?

If I upgrade to a bronze account and want to make another form with a PayPal account to the same account will I have to open up another bronze account if I keep my subscriptions under 1000 between the two forms?

You do not need to create another Bronze account if you want to create two forms with Paypal payment. You just need to ensure that the total submissions of the two forms will not exceed 1000 submissions as this is the submission limit for Bronze Account. If you expect to have more that 1000 total submissions for both forms you will need to upgrade your account to a different Plan.
