hi I was told that if I downgrade my account within a month I would be fully refunded with what I've paid, I upgraded y account on 16th of August and im very sure that I downgraded it within a month, but all I get is account being downgraded but no refund is received. Please do take this into concern. Thanks.

This is now refunded due to our policy of 30 days money back guarantee. However, this can only be done once in a lifetime.
