I have tried to add the tab widget to a form but it does not appear to be working. I am creating a form for our reprographics department which we would like to do the following. The user can upload a document, choose the necessary details on the form and then proceed to the next tab to do the same but for a different document. This would mean that if the user has to upload multiple documents for photocopying etc then they could do this and not have to submit each document individually.

Hi friend,
Tab Widget can work properly with Page Breaks, you can now add tabs to your multi-page form.
Your form first needs to have Page Breaks so that the widget can work.
Here is how to do this:
1) Click on Widgets.
2) Search Form Tabs.
3) Drag and drop it to your form.
4) Click on Survey Tools.
5) After that, drag and drop Page Breaks.
6) Check it on Preview.
