    Your form email settings are correct, your email address is not listed to our bounce list and form emails were sent out to your email address based on our system logs. It's either the emails are filtered as spam or your hosting provider blocked it from reaching your inbox.

    Please check your spam folder. But instead of checking it with your current email client, please login to your email through webmail access that is provided by your hosting provider. If the emails are there, please mark it as not spam then add noreply@jotform.com to your contact list.

    If you have the option to whitelist a list of emails and IP Address, please do so. You can get our list of IP Addresses and Sending Domains here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
