Getting duplicate emails for approval workflow form, send email conditions

    I have a form that requires a supervisors approval. When the form is submitted by an employee the supervisor is sent an initial notifier with a link to edit the form for approval. This requires the supervisor to enter a password (approval code) into a text box with a condition that shows the approval options and an update submission button. When they mark approved or not, it sends the supervisor a new notifier confirmation, but the supervisor is getting dozens of duplicate emails after approval. I've checked my jotform email history, and on this example, it only shows one email went out for the submission - screenshot attached. But as you can see, there are a lot more than that.

    Our apologies, but I cannot replicate this problem in the cloned version of your form. We recently had an issue with our notifiers and that might cause it to happen in the form. Our developers have fixed it already.

    I would also like to know if the emails are all the same submission or modified submission from a single user?
