    I cannot login to Plimus. I forgot my password. I entered my username but the e-mail address doesn't match. So I cannot take a new password. What can I do? Please help me!!!

    The username is included in the original email sent out by Plimus upon sign up. JotForm does not have access to your account with Plimus so you will have to contact them for assistance. You may visit the following page or just use the "Have a question" button found at the bottom of the page.

    If I cannot learn my plimus password how I can make payment in other ways? I love this form and I don't want to quit. Please help me. We have lots of websites and we use jotform. This is very important for us.

    You are a Premium subscriber at the moment, you are entitled to priorty attention by the JotForm team, it is hard for us to provide that for you if you dont open new threads for you issue. 

    You are curently at Premium status, I see you have a made 2 transactions on your credit card related to JotForm over the past few hours. 

    Please do open that new thread, and explain exactly what subscription you want and we will untangle those transactions and issue a refund if necessary.
