Please follow our instructions in this guide to add multiple recipients in the form: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
Or, you can simply create a new notifier for each recipient: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
Note that when you test it, I would suggest doing it in the live form view. This is because the Test Email button in the settings will only send an email to your primary email address.
