Last month I came on here and submitted a cancellation request from your premium service to just standard service.
Come to know that I was just billed today for another month. Please cancel this as soon as possible. I will not be using this sevice anymore. I submitted another cancellation.

Our apologies for missing your request. But I see that you have already cancelled the subscription in your Paypal account. You should still see your account as Premium until your current payment will expire which will be on October 18, 2015. You will not be billed again after this period and your account will be automatically set back to the free plan.
