    Dear Mr,

I am from Van Der Valk Internet (www.valkexclusief.nl). At the moment we have 32 hotels in the Netherlands, and we are releasing new websites for all of the hotels soon. Wishbox appeals to us since it would be an easy way for our guests to give feedback on the new websites. We would like to make a pilot for one hotelwebsite to see if it works correctly and if it is to our liking.

In the future we can use wishbox for all 32 hotelwebsites and would like each hotel to have it's own account, is this possible? And what advice can you give on pricing?

    Kind regards,

    Alex Lancee     Facebook

    Hi Alex,

No, you do not need to have separate accounts for each hotel. You can manage all of your Wishbox forms from a single account. If you have any questions please let us know.  Since Wishbox is a new product, we'd also love to know more about your expreience with it.

Thank you for your answer, one more question: with submissions do you mean how many times users can give feedback per month? --> free package 100 submissions per month. And what for do you need the space 100 mb?

    Hi Alex,

With submissions do you mean how many times users can give feedback per month?

Yes and Free Users are limited up to 100 Monthly Submissions. Submissions counter will automatically reset to zero (0) every first day of the following month. Example, next reset will be on February 01, 2012.

And what for do you need the space 100 mb?

100MB is the storage limitation for free users. This refers to the space taken by the files uploaded on your forms.

When your account reaches its submissions limit, your form will be automatically disabled. It will only get re-enabled on the succeeding submissions reset which is every first day of month or you can upgrade your account to one of our paid plans to increase your limitations.

I hope you find this informations helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions. Thank you for using JotForm!
