Account limit reached?

    Hi, I received this note.  I am not sure how I can me at my limit. My jotform folder is currently empty!  Please let me know how the account can be reinstated. thanks

    The form is disable since you have reached your upload size limit, which in free account is 100MB. Please note that by integrating with third party cloud storage services like Dropbox, it does not mean our servers will be bypassed, it's just a copy of the files that's being forwarded.

    So, in this case you could upgrade to a plan that best suits your needs:
