Our master account is set up under a personal name of someone who no longer works on our forms. I would like to change it so there is no confusion about whether or not it is the master account. Thanks!

Do you want to change username of your account "allanphillips"? It seems you have access to this account and you are already logged in to this account.
Please be noted that username can only be changed by JotForm staff. Do let us know your desired username and if it is already available, we will change it.
One way to find out any desired username is still available, you can go to "Sign Up" page and try to sign up with desired username. You need to just check but do not sign up for a account. Please check the screenshot below :
