what plan will I need for a once off facebook app collecting email addresses, most likely no more than 500

    For collecting 500 submissions, you can use Bronze plan. It is the lowest paid plan and it has 1000 submissions. Also, you have three payment schedule option monthly, yearly and 2-year. For more details about plans, you can visit JotForm Pricing Page.
