Can you provide me any sort of technical support or advice for clients that come to me with trouble filling out the forms. I am getting a 20% error rate of clients that are having trouble with the forms and I don't have any suggestions for them. One client recently told me that they couldn't type in the boxes and another said the signature box wouldn't work. When I do a test from my home computer and phone, the forms work fine for me. The problem is their computer, but why do so many people have this problem? They wait, refresh, etc. Having my clients sign a contract is a must and I am starting to lose business over this.

I checked your form and I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. Can you provide us the browser version and device most of your users are using when they encounter this error? Also, is it possible for you to embed the form in your website using the iFrame embed method and see if they will still encounter the issue?
