We have a enrollment form where the participants first can choose a course and second how many participant are coming.

Is there on "View Submissions" (or another view) possible to customize the view so we can see how many participants (all submissions) will come on each course?

    Hi,

You can create a report for your form. You may create a report in excel, csv, HTML grid and visual. You may also embed reports in your form or another web page. have more details about this please view our user guide, How To Create Form Reports in JotForm.

Please let us know if you require more information.

Thank you for answering. We know about the possibility to make different kind of report in different format.

But can a report show  a view that connect both the answers from the first and second question?

    Ex.

Q1: Where do you want to take a course? (Choices=Place A, Place B, Place C))

    Q2. How many are coming?

Report : How can we get a report to show a total that tells us how many from question 2 did answer 'Place A' in question 1?

For that you may need to export your data to spreadsheet:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

You could then sort your sheet based on the answers from Q1.  After the sheet is sorted based on Q1, then total up the values from Q2 for A, B and C.  The sheet would be sorted something like this:

    A 2

    A 1

    A 3

    A 1   total 7

    B 1

    B 1

    B 2   total 4

    C 2

    C 2   total 4

I believe this would give you the outputs you are looking for.
