I have used JOtform for some time now. However, I have tried to log in today using the same details and they are not recognised.. Even when I try to reset the password it says that there isn't an account with my email address?!

First of all we are sorry for the inconvenience. I can confirm that we have an account with that e-mail address. I have just checked our mail logs, and seen that we sent two mails to your e-mail address today.
Please let us know, if the problem still persists.
