I upgraded this account on Friday, Sept 11 to the 2 year subscription

    Why does my account not reflect this status.  I got an email that says my account will be disabled at noon today!  Please respond ASAP!!!!

    Edit: I have just manually upgraded your account. The problem was that FastSpring's API stopped working at the time you ordered. Means, our system did not get informed about your payment. Again, we are really sorry for the inconvenience.
