    Hello

I have set up a subscription form using Stripe. And created some voucher codes. (BAKE15 & BAKE17). When I preview this form and enter one of the above voucher codes, it works as expected. However when I install this onto my website sing iFrame code, the voucher codes do not take effect?

When I enter the voucher code, it does say 'voucher accepted' however the price change does not take effect, the price stays the same as if no voucher code was even entered.

(I install the coed on my website using iFrame because when I used the source code the date field calcatlations I have set up do not work and was told to install it via Iframe which fixed the problem.)

    Kind Regards

    Stephen

Please share the URL of exact webpage of your site where the form is embedded, so we can test it.

In the meantime, I would recommend you to embed with the Iframe code, but do not embed the script part that comes along when you get it:

    1) Get a fresh Iframe code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    2) Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
