I'm running your form system and i'm very happy with it!
There's just one thing: If i get a paypal payment via my form on my websitie - i get a paypal notification for the payment. But My Notification Mail from JOTFORM takes very long time to appear.
Is this normal?

It may take some time for the email notification to be sent to you after the payment has been processed through PayPal. After your form with PayPal field is submitted, submissions would be treated as an Incomplete Payment first until the PayPal is successfully processed by your submitters. This guide will let you know how you can view Incomplete Payments: How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments.
We do not send email alerts for incomplete submissions by default, but if you complete such submission manually it will process the emails. However, submitters of your form will not be charged even if you complete such submission manually.
You can enable Pending Payment E-mail option from the properties of your PayPal field if you want to receive email notifications even if payment is not completed yet.
