Hi, I have a questionnaire embedded in my website and all of a sudden it is going to my junk mail folder. I would like to add it to my safe mailing list but I don't know what to put in as the email address. When I hit reply to see if I could get it, it just shows my email address and I can't add my own.

I can see that most of your submissions are coming through form 50028084609150, named Profile Questionnaire Form. In this form, you don't seem to have the Sender Email set up correctly. Your mailing software is very likely picking it up as possible spam, since it knows that the emails are not being sent from the same email address that is receiving them.
I would suggest that you switch the Sender Email address to our email@example.com option, set a Sender name to JotForm as well, and see if that helps resolve the issue. Please refer to our guide on how to properly set up email notification details.
In addition to the above, you can also contact your mailing provider to whitelist us or add us to your safe sender list, but I believe that even only correctly setting up your notification details will help your emails not to be picked up as spam.
