Low quality support of Jotform

    Hi Everyone at Jotform.

    I am very suprised to see that you guys are replying to other questions within 10 mins. But not on this one http://www.jotform.com/answers/663238-Getting-Access-Denied-Message-and-asked-to-fill-captcha#1 It was submitted 2 days ago and none of you got time to reply that.

    My apologies, I am not sure why the first request took as long as it did to be addressed.  We are usually much faster than that. 

    In any case, it looks like my colleagues followed up in your other thread and your issue has been forwarded to our developers.  We will update your other thread as soon as we have any further information regarding the captcha and access denied issues.

    I did notice that you were using the full source code of your form to embed the form.  Try using the iframe embed method instead:


    That will eliminate the possibility of something from your page interfering with the embedded form.  We will update your other thread as soon as the developers have had a chance to take a look.
