Furthermore, if you check the form I embed to our website, you may see that the design of all buttons is weird. If I open the form in my safari, it's right. However, if I open it in chrome, it was right before, but now it changed to small grey-black button. I don't understand why.

To my understanding I believe you are saying the button has turned grey-black on your form.

Could you please clarify which form or page this is happening on? I attempted to view your form via the embedded page url you provided but unfortunately I was unable to access it in order to investigate the issue furthermore for you.

For the grey-black-button issue, there was a problem with website server earlier, could you please try to load the form from Chrome again? http://www.emcglassbd.com/product-request-form/

If you still have problem looking at the page. Just forget about it. I have kinda got used to the style now and I won't be bothered to just leave it like that.

Also, can you teach me how to make the form jump to the top after the submission? I realize everytime when I submit, I have to scroll to the top to find the thank you message. And I hope it could jump to the top automatically, so our clients won't miss out the message.

    Many thanks!

    Hi Lily,

I checked the site you provided but I was not able to see the Grey-Black button you are encountering.

Regarding your issue on the jump on top after submission, can you try to embed the form using the iFrame embed method and see if it will work? To get the iFrame embed code of your form, just follow the instruction provided in this article: Getting the Form iFrame Code.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
