Allow SFTP or Secure FTP to transfer Submissions and file uploads to serverAsked by Eddie Edwards on September 18, 2015 at 01:03 PM
Currently, we do not have an SFTP or Secure FTP to transfer the submissions and file uploads to your server. I will escalate this to our developers as I see there are a couple of users, just like you, that are looking for this. However, I am unable to guarantee that this will be implemented anytime soon, but rest assure that our developers are already aware of this request.
For the meantime, you can also check the available integrations related to file sharing and storage services in this link: http://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage.
Thank you for understanding.
Please could you give me an indication over when a SFTP connection will be available?
It's becoming more and more important as we want the Jotform procedures to comply with our security rules.
Thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you a timeline regarding this feature request. Normally, feature requests are implemented depending on the demand of users who want the same feature and the difficulty to implement this. Currently, the feature request ticket for this is still open but with low priority. I also noticed that you also have an open ticket for the same issue: https://www.jotform.com/answers/636174. We will update you regarding your feature request on that thread accordingly.
For proper raising of your concern, I have moved your request to another thread. We'll provide you a response there.
