Been using this form for six months why now the problem?

Looks like you have already resolved this by upgrading your account to Gold Plan. But just in case, I think this is what happened;
You have an Economy Yearly subscription with Jotform which is supposed to renew on September 5, 2015, but our payment processor (FastSpring) failed to charge your card on file. FastSpring gave you a few weeks to update your payment method and looks like you fail to update it so our system automatically cancel your subscription and set back your account to the Free Plan.
Your current count that time is above the free account limit which is 100 submissions per month only. That's why when you submit the form, it says the over quota error.
