Is there a way to auto populate the fields?

Hi there - 

I am hoping to use your services to ensure that we have accurate contact information, etc for our business partners.  Is there a way to autopopulate/merge the fields with information we have on file and send it to them with the ability to edit and submit to us?

You can indeed prepopulate the form, using URL parameters:

There is an app linked in that guide that can assist you with creating the URL.  You can then send them the custom URL to your form, they can edit the rest of the form, then submit it when they are finished.
