I created a registration form.
When they get confirmation and I get notified, it has a different company, a different date.
This is NOT good.

Looks like this is a cloned form, but you forgot to update the notifier/autoresponder emails after making some changes in the form. The best way you can fix this is by re-creating the whole settings.
First, you have to delete the current notifier and autoresponder emails. Here's our guide on how to do that:
