Our apologies for the issue, but I think that was just a temporary error in the form. Filling up the form simultaneously shouldn't result to an error and should suppose to work. But please try the following:
a. Open the form in the form builder
b. Re-save the form without doing any changes.
c. Clear your forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache.
