    Form says over quota

    Hi  i am using jotform  for  my website  I  have the free  100 submission option free  i have used 19 

    I am  trying to use a pet lover template  Lost and Found Pets  but  when its on my website  when  customers submit  the form it says " this form is over quota" ?? 

    can you advise please

    Hi Karyn,

     

    I checked the account associated to the email you used on this thread and noticed that your account is a Guest Account. Please note that guest account user has a limit of 20 submission only. If you want to have the 100 submission for Free account, please register to JotForm using the email you use on this thread to upgrade your Guest Account to Free Account.. You can signup here: http://www.jotform.com/signup.
