I click on it but it doesn't go anywhere and no email to reset arrives....I wish you would allow us to use our email address as the username. I don't remember getting a user name when I signed up. Frustrating.

I checked the account associated to the email address you used in this thread (email@example.com) and I noticed that your account is a Guest Account. You can try to register first as a Free account user so you can have a username and password. Please use the same email so your account will be upgraded form Guest Account to Free Account. You can signup here: http://www.jotform.com/signup.
