Also, in the Yes/No field, can I make it so if they try to check both boxes, the other one becomes unchecked?Asked by bknight on September 18, 2015 at 04:54 PMAlso, in the Yes/No field, can I make it so if they try to check both boxes, the other one becomes unchecked?
Instead of using a checbox I recommend you use a RADIO button. This will allow your user to select only one option.
Thank you so much! Sorry I am new at this but can you tell me how to change the checkbox to radio button without adding new?
Also, can I put the label on one line and the radio buttons underneath the label?
I assume you meant on your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/52588384025158
Unfortunately, you cannot change the type of field into another using the Form Builder.
You need to really add a new field and simply rename it exactly similar to the old field to have the effect of a converted field type.
Please refer to this animated image below on how to do it.
