Combining Forms

I created several different forms that would best be combined to make things simpler for my customer.  How can I combine several forms into one?

You could be referring to 2 things also when you say combining the forms... the form fields or the submission data.

The 2 JotForm Apps below does this separately.

#1. Combine form's fields and create a new form using JotForm Field Manager App

#2. Combine form's submission data using the JotForm Combine Submissions App.
