I wanted to know if I can divide me forms into pages instead one long form?

    Does Jotform have the functionality to divide the forms in different pages so that I dont have one long form?

    Also, is there functionality to recird the time when the form wa submited on the summary document that gets emailed to me

    Regarding splitting your form across multiple pages, yes, you can use our Page Break field. Please refer to the following guide for details:
