    Green check mark came up and message integrated.  But customers indicate receiving error message.  Please advise.

    Can you please share what error message appeared? If you can provide more details such as the type of payment made, it would also be great.

    Message reads: Invalid Confirguration"

     

    I re-entered API username, password and signature and tested integration.  Returned a green checkmark with message: integration successful.  Customer stil getting invalid configuration message.
