The email notifications are not being forwarded

    They are being marked as failed ... what can I do?

    The email associated on the notification is not on the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and saw that the submissions were sent successfully. Here's a guide on how to check your form email history.

    The notification is configured correctly. Please check your spam folders. Please try to check if your email program or client has spam filters. You can also whitelist Jotmail IP addresses.

    If it is still the same, please use the "noreply@jotform.com" as the sender email in the notification.
