A client of mine has tried to submit a form twice. Just now, I received a file into my dropbox, which tells me that he submitted the form... but, the form itself is gone.
This is a sticky situation... it's twice the client has done this and I can't ask them to do it a third time. It's a detailed form.
The form is "Design Survey."Page URL:

Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please describe the problem more detailed? As we can see, your "Design Survey" form is live at the moment. You have also some fresh incomplete payment submissions related to that form:

A client has uploaded two forms... the most recent resulted in an image uploading and landing in my Dropbox account. So, that tells me the form was submitted, right?
The folder that was created was titled: 191702500166248151
It was submitted today at 6:41pm.

I have found mentioned submission in the Incomplete Payments folder. If you have already received the payment, you can complete the pending submission manually. Please take a look at the following screenshot:
If something is not clear, please let us know. We will be happy to help you.

Ahhhhh... that's it. Thanks very much. So, if they don't complete the paypal payment, then the form doesn't send?

That is correct, so submission went to the Incomplete Payments.
We do send email notifications after successful payments only.
