Suspended Account

    My account was suspended, and the message did not specify other than a terms of use violation.  I think it might be a mistake.  Please let me know.  I really appreciate jotforms!

     In the meantime, I had to replace the form with a google docs form (yuck), so you can't see it on my site.

    I have now unsuspended and white listed your account after finding no violations of our Terms of Use. Your form should now be back online and work normally as expected.
