    Hello Edward,

Yes this is possible. But you will have to manually code this using Free Text (HTML) form element in your form editor.

    Here's an example:

First, you should add multiple Free Text (HTML) form elements in your form

Next, edit the 1st Free Text (HTML) form field and in it, add an anchor tag, whith a name attribute in it (<a name="top">).

Then edit the other Free Text (HTML) form element at the lower part of your form.  This time, use the href attribute with the value beginning with a pound sign, and followed by the anchor name of the 1st Free Text (HTML) form element.

Lastly, save your form and see it in action.  Here's a sample form: http://form.jotform.com/form/20064200487
