    I checked your account and it seems that your account has been automatically suspended. JotForm has a tool called Phishing Detector which allows automatic suspension of forms created for  phishing activities. However, this tool is not updated to scan languages that are in Arabic, French and other similar languages. Since your forms are in French language this is probably the reason why your account was automatically suspended.

    I have activated your account. Your forms will now be available. To avoid further suspensions, we recommend that you build your forms in English language and use our Language Translator Tool to set them into languages that you want. Also, please avoid having forms with one field only since this forms are also considered suspicious by our Phishing Detector.
