How can I make an interactive Quiz form that displays a percentage score.

Asked by JohnPeat on September 20, 2015 at 10:07 PM

    Hi there,

I've been experimenting with how to I can make an interactive Quiz form that displays a percentage score.

    I have a regular form here: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52507142836959

    Answers are as follows:

    B | A | B,C,E,F | B | C | B | E |

I have been trying to get it to work with a quiz template but i couldn't work out how to edit the questions and provide the correct answers in order for it to tally.

It might also be preferable that the users CANNOT summit the quiz form without a 100% score.

If you could point me in the right direction i.e. a template that would be awesome!

    Hi Jordan,

We have an app called Quiz Form which should be of some help. However, it only shows the results after submission. It's possible to use the conditions tool to allow the form to be submitted only when all the answers are correct but since the aforementioned app displays the results only after submission, setting up such a condition wouldn't make any sense because the results would always show 100%!

Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to devise a workaround. Nevertheless, please give the quiz app a try.
