Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
unfortunately we do not get the email anymore in case a visitor of our homepage is using our JotForm-form.
This was working in former times well, but now not. Did you change anything or did I make a mistake?

I have checked your email logs and all emails are being sent successfully without any failure, I have also submitted a test using your form (VS-Message).
Kindly confirm that the emails are not being accidentally marked as SPAM, also add the IP addresses and on the page below to your mail server white-list to prevent accidental blocking of emails from jotform.
Kindly let us know of the outcome.
