How do i import shared form to my account?

Sample:

Account A shared a form to Account B. Account B want to create a new form same exactly like that shared form. The new form will stay at Account B after Account A remove the shared form.

Kindly Please assist.

You can clone any form by:

1. Click on "Create Form"

2. Click on "Import Form"

3. Click on "From a Web Page" and paste the form URL

4. Click "Continue" button and your form should be cloned.

If you like to transfer the form between accounts, we will be glad to assist. We can transfer the form with all the data from account A to account B.

Im already try the step that u guide, but the form still not listed in MY FORMS. How do i  transfer the form with all the data from account A to account B?

May we know the link or URL of the form you want to clone and also the account where you want to clone the form so we can further check the issue?

Regarding the transferring of form data from account A to account B, you cannot do this on your end but we can do this for you. You just need to send us a request to transfer the form from account A to account B. The request should be coming from account A(current owner of the form). Please note that transferring of data also means that transferring of the form itself. The form will be moved from account A to account B. Once this is done, account B will be now be the new owner of the form.

sorry due to late reply. how do i send the request? there is any button or specific form that i need to fill up to perform the request?

You can send us a request through this forum. You can create a new thread for the request. Please ensure that the request will be coming from the current owner of the form and ensure to mention the account where the form will be moved.
