    please help me it's a urgent and

    guide how to connect our sql server database with jotform database.

    To my understanding you are saying the formbuilder integration and thank you page buttons aren't working on your end? Is that correct? 

    I tested this to double-check it on your provided form link but unfortunately I am unable to replicate the same issue as you since it is working on my end currently.

    Can you try this again now and let us know if you are still having this issue?

    As for your secondary question about sql database integration that is a separate question so I have moved it to this new thread.
