How can we reply back to the customer directly from email notification?

    I want to know when a message is sent via the form, if you can come directly to me, the email client without being a message JotForm? to respond automatically to the person?

    You can have the setup for the email that the notification will be sent and in the same time be able to reply to it and have that reply go to your client.

    To do that, all that you would need is to set the reply-to header.

    Now, in Form Notifier, you do this by setting the Reply-to Email field:

    Basically it should be set to the same field that you are capturing your users email address in.

    Now the setup for Autoresponder is similar, but different only since if we are setting it up, we are looking to setup the reply to email for the people submitting the form.

    This is usually if you want to have them reply back to your own email, so we need to type it in manually:
