    PERCHE NONOSTATE HO RINNOVATO IL MIO ABBONAMENTO MI CONTINUANO AD ARRIVARE EMAIL, DI ADDEBITO SULLA MIA CARTA NON RIUSCITI?? IO AVEVO IMPOSTATO PAGAMENTO PAYPAL, POI HO CAMBIATO E L'ULTIMO RINNOVO HO MESSO UNA NUOVA CARTA DI CREDITO, IL PAGAMENTO è ANDATO A BUON FINE MA COMUNQUE MI ARRIVANO EMAIL DOVE VIENE DETTO CHE L'ADDEBITO SU PAYPAL NON è STATO POSSIBILE FARLO! VOGLIO LEVARE IL PAGAMENTO PAYPAL PREDEFINITO SUL MIO PROFILO. INTERVENITE URGENTEMENTE!

    Hi,

    Since your PayPal subscription was not fully cancelled prior to creating your new subscription, it is still trying to charge the card linked to your PayPal subscription.  Here is our guide on cancelling your PayPal subscription:

    Let us know once you have cancelled this so we can re-apply your new subscription to prevent any further issues.

    cancellando l'abbonamento legato a paypal mi si annulla automaticamente il nuovo abbonamento?

    Cancelling the PayPal subscription will not cancel your current subscription.  It will, however,send a notice to our system to downgrade your account.  All we need to do is remove that notice after you cancel the PayPal subscription so that your new subscription is not affected.
