With my new computer I have to sign in every time I access Jot Form. I check the box, which used to give me multiple sign ins before I had to do it again. Not now. Can't find a "Settings" area to see if there is something I can do from there.

With browser you are having this issue with? Are you using Firefox to access your JotForm account?
It seems your browser is not storing the cookies. Can you please ensure that your Firefox browser is set to remember history of the pages you visit. Please check the screenshot below:
