Paid to yearly subscription. I need to choose monthly subscription

    I understand that you want to pay for Bronze monthly subscription, but subscribed to Bronze yearly subscription. I've now cancelled your current active Bronze yearly subscription and refunded the amount. Please allow 5-7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement. Your account is now set back to Free subscription so that you can subscribe again with Bronze monthly  subscription.
