I noticed our forms do not get emailed or get submited for payment when they get filled out.
I wanted to make sure things are set up correct im new to this

I have tested your form on my Samsung Galaxy S4¬†and when I submitted your form I got redirected to PayPal.¬†

Also in one of your notification you did¬†not set¬†Recipient email address. Inside of this guide you can find out how to create email Notification:¬†http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications¬†
