Increase sub-account users

2) We currently subscribe for 10 users, but really could use another 5-10.  How do I go about setting this up? 

Unfortunately, the only way to increase your sub account users is to upgrade to a higher subscription plan. Please check our pricing page to know more about the difference of each plan in the number of sub account users.
