Form page navigation not working?

I have a user that has firefox and they are indicating that the form in question is displaying a button it shouldn't AND that it is not requiring a check in a box that is a required field and that when the next button is selected it doesn't proceed.

Can you tell me what might be causing this and how to best trouble shoot.  I cannot recreate the problem myself.

I think your user is experiencing a script conflict in your website. A conflict which is causing the required field validation to stop from working. This is usually happening when a form is embedded using our default embed method which utilize Javascript.

If it's indeed a script conflict, you can fix it by re-embedding your form using our iframe method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
