I keep getting a private key wizard when I look for my secure form submission..

this question was asked in July. You said you fixed it., I still am getting the private key question. Please help

What is this "Private Key Wizard" pop-up box that keeps appearing when I try to view submissions?  I can't "X" out of it and the only other option is to browse my files but there is nothing to save.  Please make it go away.

I checked you account Nabitha and tried to access one of your form's submission page but I was not able to encounter what you are reporting. May I know what browser version and device do you use to access the submission page? It is recommended to use Chrome or Firefox browser to access the Form Builder and/or Submission page of your form.
