How do I reset my login and password. The system doesn't seem to accept it when I click on the reset after I have entered my email address.

Are you referring to the account you use in this thread which is JoleenElwood? It seems that you are already login to the account when you created this thread. Are you trying to login your account in a different device? If you are trying to reset the password for the account, the email associated to the account is firstname.lastname@example.org. Can you try again and see if it will now work? If you are referring to a different account, please provide us the email or username of the account so we can further check.
